There are a number of flexible pricing options available for purchasing Enterprise Forms licenses, update subscription and priority support.  The following chart provides an overview of the pricing structure.  Select the most suitable pricing option for your need and click on the appropriate "Buy Now" button to make the purchase.  Note that you will be taken to a secure Paypal payment screen. 


To purchase online you must be registered and logged in.  Once purchase is complete, you will have immediate access to subscriber downloads and priority support areas once payments have been verified.

License

Our products come with flexible licensing options.  Depending on your specific needs you may choose from one or more of the following available licenses:

  • PA/Binary:  Able to use the product in a single production DotNetNuke parent portal with unlimited number of child portals under the licensed parent portal
  • Source:  Similar policy to that of the PA/Binary except that you can use the source to modify to your specific requirements.
  • Server/Host:  Able to use the product in unlimited number of parent portals and child portals within a licensed physical server

Update Subscription

A standard license purchase entitles you a 6 months of free upgrades.  However there are occasions where you may require to upgrade to latest version of the product as we continually enhance our products with additional features.  For a small fee it is possible to purchase a significantly longer upgrade subscription periods usually between 12 - 14 months

Priority Support

For an additional fee you can be provided with priority support (via our help desk support system) for any questions or issues that you may have.  With priority support you are entitled to submit up to 5 tickets of any given calendar month.  Support tickets are usually responded within 2-8 hours of being submitted.  In rare cases it may take longer to respond due to complexity of the question/issue.  Contact our support team should you need more than 5 priority support tickets per month.

Source Code

Full source code written in C# is only available with the Source license.  Note that source code may not be provided where commercial third party components are used within the product.

Refund Policy

Our software is available for demo online to ensure that you can fully experience it prior to making your purchase. When available, documentation for software is also available online. We encourage you to review the documentation and try the software prior to making your purchase to ensure that it meets your requirements. You can find links to demo pages and documentation on the individual product pages within the site.

A full refund will be granted if the software you purchased is not available to you either by download or by email within 72 hours of purchase. All other refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  We apologize, but we cannot provide refunds for:

  • Any product purchased with source code for any reason whatsoever.
  • Any product for which an online demo or free trial is available.
  • Inability to operate the software in your computing environment.
  • Inability to apply the license policy in your computing environment
