Form Wokflow Manager (FWM) is an stand alone module that is an extension of the Data Collection Manager.  Similar to Data Collection Manager module, Form Workflow Manager module is used to view and create instances of published Form Templates.  Unlike the Data Collection Manager module, Form Workflow Manager manages the full life cycle of the form instances throughout the Form Template workflow.  Below is a detailed list of Form Workflow Manager features:
